Why gold-backed financing makes sense
This product is designed for entrepreneurs who need capital quickly and hold gold as a business or personal asset.
Urgent liquidity
When a business needs capital within days rather than weeks and cannot wait for a traditional lending process.
Bridge financing
Short-term financing to bridge a gap until an expected source of funds — a sale, a payment, or a refinancing — arrives.
Time-sensitive acquisitions
When an acquisition or investment opportunity requires fast capital deployment and the window is narrow.
Debt refinancing
Replacing existing short-term obligations with a structured gold-backed facility on more manageable terms.

OUR SERVICES
Diverse solutions tailored to your every need
Every valuation is conducted in your presence in Prague, Czech Republic. You see exactly how your gold is assessed and at what value.
Your gold is held in insured storage for the full duration of the loan. The storage arrangement is part of the transaction structure.
All transactions are governed by clear legal documentation. There are no hidden fees or undisclosed conditions.
You deal directly with the people responsible for your case — not with a call centre or automated system.
If the market value of your gold falls materially during the loan term, you may be asked to restore the agreed collateral coverage. This is disclosed upfront.
You will be asked to demonstrate the origin of the pledged gold. This is a standard part of the process and applies to all cases.
Glossary
Key terms explained
LTV (Loan-to-Value)
The proportion of the loan amount compared with the assessed value of the pledged collateral. An LTV of 75% means you can borrow up to 75% of what your gold is worth.
Margin Call
A request to restore the agreed collateral coverage if the market value of the pledged gold falls below a defined threshold during the loan term.
Escrow Account
A protected transaction account used to manage funds in a transparent and legally structured way during the deal.
Collateral
An asset pledged to secure a loan. In this case, the collateral is gold held in insured storage for the duration of the loan.
Market Value
The value assigned to the gold at the time of assessment, based on current market pricing logic applied at the time of the transaction.
Bridge Financing
Short-term financing used to cover a gap until another expected source of funds — such as a sale, a payment, or a refinancing — becomes available.
Distress Financing
Financing arranged for a borrower facing time pressure, complexity, or an urgent situation that requires faster execution than standard lending channels can provide.
